My name is Vahid Torabi and I have over 20 years of experience in making and selling Belgian waffles. Our service is outstanding and our support ongoing.
I made my own waffle batter for years. Because it was so labor intensive, I came up with a Belgian waffle mix that is so easy to use. You can make the waffle batter on the spot by just adding water. The waffle cooks in as little as 4 minutes when using our waffle maker. Customers will smell an intense vanilla aroma, therefore you will attract new customers.
As a former café owner, I can confirm that Belgian waffle is appealing to all ages. It has to be prepared the right way though. I personally tested many waffle mix brands, but I was disappointed. I had to deal with waffles stuck to the waffle maker due to their high sugar content. As for some other mixes, I was unable to obtain a crunchy waffle. With others I would obtain a sad pale waffle instead of a golden colored one.
