Waffle baking instructions

  1. Pour 1 litre of water to every 1 Kg of waffle mix.
  2. Whisk until smooth
  3. Rest batter for 30 minutes, then whisk again until it is lump free
  4. Turn Waffle machine switch “On”. Wait until it is HOT (180ºC – 200ºC)
  5. Dispense waffle batter* into the bottom griddle evenly ensuring all cavities are covered
  6. Close waffle maker and rotate (if applicable)
  7. After the waffle maker beeps, turn back to starting position, open and remove waffle with high-temp plastic or rubber utensil**

Precautions

  • Leave the waffle machine open in between uses. It will prevent overheating and surface damage.
  • Do NOT add any other ingredients into waffle mix as this may damage equipment.  
  • *Amount of waffle batter will depend on waffle machine size and griddles depth.
  • **Do NOT use metal utensils of any kind as it will damage equipment.
